If you are receiving a No Port Found error in Actuate Motion and you have tried a different USB-B cable from the simulator to your computer, it is possible you need to re-flash the A3 firmware. Please following the steps below:
1. Download the zip file: A3 Firmware
2. Unzip the folder
3. Open Firmware Update Instructions for details on the process.
4. Install AMS DFU v1.0 Setup.exe
5. Use the ATOMIC_A3_fw_2_61.hex file in the 2.61.0 folder for the latest file.
